yapQ Ltd., a company incorporated under the laws of the State of Israel, (the “Company”, “us”, “our”
,”we” or “yapQ”) provides vicariously through its designated software and application (the
“Application”) web-based services in the form of a platform that enables users to access and use travel
and sightseeing information and other related information related to third parties locale (the “Third
Parties” and the “Content”, respectively) (the “Services”; the Service users shall be referred to as the
“Users”, “you” or “your”).
Your privacy is important to us.
We highly value and respect the privacy of the personal information

absolute discretion, believe that such disclosure is necessary or appropriate.

for the privacy practices of these other websites, services and online communities and cannot guarantee

development of the Application and Services and regulatory compliance. While this will be performed
mainly by automated methods, manual review may be necessary under certain circumstances.
By using the Application or Services, you acknowledge that we may review, scan, analyze, and store
your communications, whether performed by automated methods or manually.

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or older to use the Application or Services,
or otherwise to duly receive the permission of your parents or legal guardian to use the Application and
